When someone searches for your business, there should be a professional website waiting for them. We build fast, mobile-friendly websites that make you easy to find, easy to trust and easy to contact.

WordPress websites up to 5 pages start from RM2,500. Custom-coded sites and design conversions start from RM3,500. Already have a domain? Great. If not, we can register one for you. Hosting is separate: see Business Email & Web Hosting.

2. Business Email & Web Hosting

from RM850 / year

For businesses that want their website and email to simply work. We host, secure and maintain everything, so all you handle is your content and your mailboxes.

Fixed annual pricing, no per-mailbox fees. DNS management is included if you register your domain through us. For an existing domain, it’s a small one-time fee, or we give you the records to add yourself.

3. Software Development

from RM15,000 per project

Whether you’re starting from an idea or from software someone else started, we take it to a working product.

Every project starts with a paid discovery session, from RM999, credited in full toward the project. Projects are scoped to finish within about 6 months, and bigger ideas are split into phases. Once scope is approved, changes are quoted and charged separately.

4. Servers & Cloud

from RM3,000 per project

Set up, move or upgrade the systems your business runs on, with minimal downtime.

Every project starts with a paid discovery session, from RM499, credited in full toward the project. Documentation and handover included.

Left in the dark by their old vendor

The company had a registered domain, but their previous vendor controlled everything — the website, the email, the DNS. When they needed something changed, nobody answered.

We moved their domain settings, email and website, with the domain staying in the firm’s name, and set up WordPress so the team could update its own website without relying on a developer.

From gmail addresses to proper business email

The firm was running on name.company@gmail.com addresses. Staff had full control, which meant a departing employee could take the account with them — and anyone could register a lookalike address in the firm’s name.

We registered their domain properly and set up business email, with admin control held by the firm. They now decide who gets an address, and can remove one the day someone leaves.

Every address carries the firm’s name, and the firm decides who can use it.

University · Software development

An asset-tracking app nobody knew how to run

A university had a half-finished app that tracks assets and reminds staff when maintenance is due. The original developer was gone, and the team had the source code but no documentation and no way to run it.

We worked through the existing code to understand the system, identify what was missing, rebuild the backend, and document everything before restoring the app to a working state the team could maintain and build on.

The app works again, fully documented, and ready to put into use.

Scope and quote. Websites and hosting get a fixed price. Software and server projects start with a paid discovery session, credited toward the project if you go ahead, followed by a fixed quote with clear milestones. Changes after approval are quoted separately. Work starts once the deposit is paid.

Build, with you in the loop. You see progress as it happens and pay by milestone. Nothing goes live until you approve it. We’ll tell you up front what we need from you, and when.

Handover and support. You receive every file we create, documentation (plus the source code for software), admin access to your hosting and email, a handover walkthrough, and a real person to call afterwards. A yearly support plan and staff training are optional.

About GLTCH Studio

GLTCH Studio is an independent technology studio, founded in 2020 and based in Penang. We look after websites, business email and servers, and build custom apps and software for Malaysian businesses. Most of our clients came to us through someone they know.

We’re particularly experienced with complex migrations, legacy systems and unfinished software that need careful handling, from moving older servers to reviving apps left without documentation. We favour open-source software wherever it makes sense, and we build systems you own, with clear documentation, clean handovers and security built in from the start.
